Prime-Cheez Media (PCM) specializes in creating professional video content and social media strategies for corporate and small business clients. Services include but are not limited to:

• Training & instructional videos
• Social media content creation
• Business branding videos
• Promotional and marketing videos

PCM works closely with clients to develop high-quality content tailored to their needs.

• A 50% deposit is required to begin any project.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion before final delivery.
• Payments are accepted via [list payment methods: Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, etc.].
• Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

• Clients are entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions included in the base price.
• Additional revisions will be charged up to $320 per revision beyond the initial two rounds.
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft.

• Standard turnaround times vary based on project scope:
  • Short-form content (e.g., social media videos): 5-7 business days
  • Training videos & corporate projects: 10-14 business days
  • Expedited delivery may be available at an additional cost.

• PCM retains full copyright ownership of all produced content until full payment is received.
• Upon final payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the content for agreed-upon purposes.
• PCM reserves the right to use completed projects in its portfolio, website, and social media for marketing purposes.
• Exclusive ownership transfers may be arranged for an additional fee.

• Clients may use PCM-produced content for: Marketing & advertising Internal company training Social media promotions Website branding
• Clients may not: Resell or redistribute PCM content without permission Claim PCM’s work as their own production Modify PCM’s work without proper credit (unless agreed upon in writing)

• PCM agrees to keep all client materials, scripts, footage, and confidential information strictly private.
• No client work will be shared publicly without prior consent.
• Signed NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) may be arranged upon request.

• PCM’s video production workflows, editing techniques, and proprietary templates remain the intellectual property of PCM.
• Clients may not replicate or distribute PCM’s methodologies to third parties.

• Deposits are non-refundable once project work has begun.
• Full refunds are only available if PCM has not started any work.
• Partial refunds may be issued in special cases at PCM’s discretion.

• Clients must provide a minimum of 7 days' notice for project cancellations.
• If a project is canceled after work has begun, a prorated refund may be issued based on completed work.

• If PCM must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund.
• PCM will make reasonable efforts to reschedule projects if possible.

• PCM will maintain a professional, friendly, and engaging online presence.
• All content posted on PCM’s social platforms reflects the company’s commitment to high-quality business storytelling.

• PCM will engage professionally with feedback and resolve disputes privately when possible.
• PCM reserves the right to remove any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate comments from its platforms.

• PCM may tag clients in social media posts unless they request otherwise.
• If clients do not want their business publicly featured, they must notify PCM in advance.

The PCM Referral Program rewards individuals who refer new business clients to Prime-Cheez Media (PCM). Participants can compete in a monthly referral contest for a chance to win a $300 PCM voucher that can be used toward any PCM services.

• The program is open to all individuals 18 years or older.
• No purchase is required to participate.
• Participants must create a PCM Referral Profile to submit leads and track progress.
• PCM employees, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1. Submit a Referral: Provide details of a potential client through the PCM referral portal.
2. Successful Booking: If the referred business books a service, the referrer earns credit.
3. Leaderboard & Tracking: Participants can monitor referral progress on the PCM website.
4. Winner Selection: The referrer with the highest number of successful bookings in a given month wins the $300 PCM voucher.

• Referrals must be for legitimate businesses that may benefit from PCM services.
• Self-referrals (referring your own business) are not allowed.
• Each referral must be a new PCM client (existing or past clients do not qualify).
• Duplicate referrals will be credited to the first participant who submitted them.

• Participants will receive a confirmation email or text when a referred client successfully books an appointment.
• The PCM referral leaderboard will be updated in real-time to reflect standings.
• Personal information of participants and referrals will remain confidential and will not be publicly displayed.

• The $300 PCM voucher is non-transferable and may only be used toward PCM services.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• The reward must be used within 90 days of issuance.

• The monthly winner will be announced via PCM social media and website.
• PCM will create a surprise winner announcement video to celebrate the top referrer.
• Winners may opt out of public recognition by notifying PCM in advance.

• PCM reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• If fraudulent or unethical activity is detected, PCM may disqualify participants and revoke rewards.
• Any disputes or discrepancies will be resolved at PCM’s sole discretion.
